Hi! My name is Samantha King-Cash, and I’m a recent Longwood graduate pursuing my love for helping others! I’m the Office and Marketing Administrator for Avenue Realty, and enjoying every minute of it!

I was born and raised in Smithfield, VA (also known as the Ham Capital of the World!), but I moved to Charlottesville in 2021 after graduating from Longwood University with a degree in Business Administration, double concentrating in Real Estate and Finance. I knew I wanted to go into the real estate field, and originally wanted to help sell homes, but found that helping run the office is my calling. Every day I am rewarded with greeting smiling faces coming through the door, whether it be the agents for our weekly office meetings, or new clients looking to learn more about Avenue.

Whenever I’m not answering emails, scheduling meetings, creating social media posts, or running “For Sale” signs all over the Charlottesville area, I enjoy traveling, hiking, hanging with my cats and friends, or, to my wallet’s dismay, shopping.
