Hello, hello! Welcome to our family here at Avenue Realty. My name is Melissa Dunn. I am excited to go through your next milestone together. Real Estate warms my heart. When I was a child, my dad would take me along on his house hunting journey to many open houses allowing me to admire the cool details and uniqueness in homes. He must have instilled a little Real Estate fire in my heart then because ever since, I have loved the search.

Trust that I WILL do my part…I frequently have friends ask if I can recommend things such as a good doctor, hair stylist, or plumber because they trust my honest judgment. I am a thorough researcher and become obsessed with finding the best or perfect answer whether it is a good doctor recommendation or finding/selling a home for you.

I am confident I can empower you with more knowledge then I felt my Real Estate Agent gave our family as 1st time home buyers. I am willing to LISTEN, LEARN, and constantly IMPROVE myself to stay ahead of the curve to be the best REALTOR you deserve.

Having worked in Marketing and for an Appraiser in the past gives me an extra edge as your Real Estate Agent because when it comes down to buying or selling your home, a keen eye for design or innovative thinking/marketing coupled with the ability to pull the right comparable properties or “comps” is key.

Temps would be between 60-80 degrees, spending time with my family doing something active outside ending with a barbeque at sunset.

Favorite hobby

Running & Hiking… a few years ago I went on a 50-mile hike with my mom & siblings in California near Yosemite…Great for the soul and picturesque views all around!

Favorite place to travel

A tie between Germany, specifically the Neuschwanstein Castle (the one that looks like Cinderella’s Castle at Disney) or China Cove in Monterey California, it is a secluded little beach not many people know about where the water crashes against the rocks… love!
