Hello! My name is Tessa Northcott. Virginia has been the place I call home most of my life. I grew up in Chester, Virginia, but after graduating from the University of Mary Washington, I moved out west to California.
Although I loved living by the beach and the never ending sunshine, it didn’t hold a flame to the beauty of Virginia and after a few years I grew home sick. The Blue Ridge Mountains were calling me home, so I moved to Charlottesville in 2018 and have been here ever since.
My experience as a leasing agent helped me to realize my passion for connecting with people and helping clients find homes! Real estate has always been a career that interested me, so I started working as a real estate assistant and loved every minute of it! One of the things that drew me to real estate was the opportunity to connect and build relationships with clients. I look forward to leveraging my industry experience to ensure a fantastic real estate experience when buying or selling your home.

Our sassy queen, Betty. We adopted her as a kitten in 2020 and she quickly became the boss of our household. She has us wrapped around her finger and she knows it.

Favorite Place to Travel
A little town called West Jefferson, NC. My family has a cabin there that sits at the top of a mountain. I love going in the fall and spending the day driving the Blue Ridge Parkway enjoying all of the amazing views of the changing leaves.
